The most common reasons for enquiries not getting through are:
- Delivery is paused
Fix this by logging into My Account. If enquiries are paused click 'Resume' to restart delivery.
- Enquiries blocked by spam filter
We recommend all subscribers whitelist ResponseSource to ensure timely delivery of all journalist request emails.
- Enquiries are being 'junked' or auto-filed by an inbox rule
Check your email account for any automated inbox filing rules.
- Your subscription has expired
Contact your account manager to check this.
